No need to pre-plan childcare or to be concerned with your current fitness level. Just come as you are.

POST NATAL REBUILD

Get moving again, with your baby by your side

You grew an entire human and your body has changed.

You want to get back into the exercises and activities you did before your baby arrived but you don’t know where to start.

Certain classes appeal to you but they require you need to arrange childcare.

Or you might just want to get out of the house and do something for yourself.

If any of the above sound familiar then that's where The Motherhood Method comes in.

Bridging the gap between healing post birth and getting you back into the exercise or activities you did before having a baby

YOU WON’T BE THE ONLY ONE

Training together is what makes it

One of the best things about The Motherhood Method is the people that you meet. You’re exercising alongside other mums who understand that sometimes getting out of the house with a baby feels like an achievement itself.

“I’ve never done weights or resistance training before and I felt really well supported throughout.

Safaa was great at demonstrating how the movements should look, adjusting positioning, giving feedback and doing everything with such enthusiasm and encouragement.

It was great to have the space to ourselves and have time to chat over coffee afterwards.

I’m really glad I joined and looking forward to continuing some more postnatal sessions in future.”
“I signed up to The Motherhood Method six week course when I was ready to fully commit to exercise towards the end of my maternity leave.

Having always been to the gym but never dared step foot into a CrossFit gym, it seemed like the perfect thing for me - local, specialist and with a group of mums over a number of weeks.

From the moment I first made contact I felt supported and encouraged.

Safaa is a wonderful coach who I soon found becomes every participant’s biggest cheerleader. This is just what you need when taking tentative steps back into exercise after pregnancy while navigating everything that postpartum brings, which is what makes this such an effective course.

The sessions were well planned, clear and progressive while also taking on board where we all were with our fitness. Both mother and baby’s needs were accommodated beautifully.

I’ve taken a lot from the course - met some lovely local mums and regained my confidence when it comes to exercise, now doing more than I ever was pre-pregancy! All thanks to Safaa breaking down barriers and guiding us to reach our potential.

I do not hesitate to recommend this course!”
“I have always been a lover of exercise but going back to the gym post baby seemed scary and new!

The Motherhood Method classes helped me regain my love for the gym and confidence alongside an amazing coach who was always willing to entertain my little one!

The classes were challenging, exciting and full of incredible mums. The emphasis on rebuilding core strength was really helpful for me post C-section and I now feel more confident in my recovery.

Thanks so so much for an incredible six weeks!”
“I couldn’t recommend this course more...

I looked forward to it every week and felt great after each session.

Safaa is a brilliant instructor and expertly guided us through the programme, adapting exercises for each individual where necessary, all while helping to keep the babies happy so the mamas could maximise their workout time!
Loved it ”
“I really enjoyed this six week course.

It gave me so much confidence using weights which was a new thing for me.

I would definitely recommend and Safaa is an excellent coach!”
“I’ve loved this exercise class

It has been so accessible and fun for someone who doesn’t know the first thing about gyms and equipment.

Safaa has an infectious energy and always on hand with tips and baby holding.

I will definitely try and keep up some of my new found work out skills!

I would highly recommend. ”
“The Motherhood Method was an excellent way to get back into exercising post baby.

Safaa was so helpful and supportive in making sure we were all doing the exercises correctly, pushing ourselves and enjoying ourselves!

As a mum herself I could tell she really understands and cares about what it’s like to be a postpartum mum and what we want and need from a workout programme.

I loved the home workouts and nutritional challenges each week, it was a really well thought out and enjoyable programme. It felt like we had a great little community too, was lovely to go for a coffee and food afterwards and chat.”

MEET YOUR COACH

The Motherhood Method was created by Safaa

Safaa is the founder and coach behind The Motherhood Method.

She started her coaching journey in 2014 after earning her CrossFit L1 certification outside of her full time job as an interior designer. Safaa was always so impressed by the women in her classes, especially the mothers, who always showed such focus and grit in their one hour at the gym.

Fast forward 10 years, after her son was born she was determined to gain more knowledge about the physical changes a woman goes through in pregnancy and postpartum, and is making it her mission to help women into the gym, get strong and feel their absolute best.

Safaa is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. She’s been coaching in the Middle East and UK since 2014.
